Welcome to a high impact meeting where we will try to define a new narrative for the business community, in times of disruptive change. 

Together with peers from the most influential companies in Sweden, and with input from thought leaders, company builders and game changers we will explore what the future requires of us as leaders and humans.

David Roberts from Singularity University, is our keynote speaker. He is one of the world’s top experts on technology disruption and exponential leadership and we are very proud to have him aboard.

The British trickster, Oobah Butler, will round up with a thought-provoking session on the nature of fakes and truth.

We will hear panelist leaders, top executives, politicians and Unicorn Founders discuss leadership for sustainable growth and transformation.  

But, most importantly, you will engage with peers. Together you will share insights and experiences and define the future role of leaders in moderated table talk sessions.

Moderator is Ola Ahlvarsson, serial entrepreneur, founder of Sime, Epicenter, Starstable, Result and more.

David Roberts is one of the world’s top experts on technology disruption, innovation, and exponential leadership. David is a Distinguished Faculty member at Singularity University where he previously served as Vice President and the two-time Director (and alum) of the University’s Graduate Studies Program.

Oobah Butler is best known for creating The Shed at Dulwich, the project he made for Vice Magazine where he made the shed he lived in the top-rated restaurant in London on TripAdvisor,[1] despite having never served a dish. In April 2019, his debut book How to Bullsh*t Your Way To Number 1 will be published by Where Publications in America, as confirmed in a December 2018 interview with Forbes.

Serial entrepreneur, Co-founder of Sime, Epicenter, Starstable, Result and more

Ola Ahlvarsson is a Swedish entrepreneur and athlete based in Stockholm and Miami. He has since the mid 90’s been at the cutting edge of digital entrepreneurship as an entrepreneur, investor, thought leader and advisor. Ola has received numerous recognitions and awards including Wired Magazines top technology thinkers 2015 and Global Leader of Tomorrow at World Economic Forum in Davos. He is the co-founder of 22 companies, including Sime, Epicenter, Result and Starstable.

Anna König Jerlmyr is Mayor of Stockholm since 2018 and a member Moderaterna. She was a member of the Riksdag from 2006 to 2010. Between 2010 and 2014 she was responsible for social affairs in Stockholm Municipality and from 2014 to 2018 as the leader of the opposition.

A pioneer in Swedish e-commerce, Pär Svärdsson has been building companies and challenging monopolies since he founded e-bookstore Adlibris in 1997. David Sandström, CMO Klarna, has been instrumental in the transformation of the Swedish B2B company into a consumer oriented brand, acting as a personal-finance player. Lately reconned for the partnership ship with rap artist Snoop Doggy Dog. Prior to joining Klarna he was a partner and advisor for Bellbird, a communication agency and before that he was the CEO for digital agency DDB with 200+employees. David Sandström holds a master in Business and Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.

Kaaren Hilsen, is the CEO of Telenor Sweden. She first joined the company in 2000, and has held a number of senior positions across the Nordics, Asia and Eastern Europe since then. Most recently she was CFO in Telenor Sweden and then served as Group CFO for Betsson, before returning as CEO of Telenor. Kaaren holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Nottingham Trent University, UK.

In May 2018, iZettle was acquired by PayPal for $2,2 bn, giving it access to millions of merchant relationships around the world.

Kjell Ahlzén
Regional Vice President & Country Manager, Salesforce Sweden

In this role, Kjell leads business strategy for the country and works closely with Swedish companies across industry sectors to help them with their journeys to become customer companies. He plays a lead role in the continued growth of the business and is focused on the continued development Salesforce partner ecosystem.

Kjell has more than 20 years of industry experience. He joined salesforce in 2016 in Stockholm and prior to that held leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
